Neil Island - Holiday Tour Packages

Discover the Neil Island on the Andaman Islands : Neil Island has long and deserted beaches and a very relaxed vibe, which are great if you want to chill out after the bustle of a day’s exploration on the Andaman Islands. As it is quite small (with a population of just about 2,675) compared to Havelock, you can walk the whole Neil Island in about one hour and thirty minutes. Here, the color of the sea water runs from green to dark blue. Its tranquility is great for relaxation during your holiday to Neil Island.

  • Getting In - For a trip to Neil Island, you can take the ferry from Port Blair that takes you to the island, which takes about 2 hours. Two to three boats would be making a round trip from the port to the island every day, with one of them going via Havelock Island. Take note that boat schedules are subject to change depending on the weather, so you might need to check them on their official website or La Vacanza Travel.
  • Getting Around - Upon arrival, your guesthouse owner would meet you at the jetty and provide you with a free auto-rickshaw ride to your place of accommodation. If you want to explore the island, you can rent a bicycle or a two-wheeler hire, which is a better way to see the entire place, as you will have the freedom to go to any spot at any time. These are also the same means of transport to explore other resorts for better food.
