  • Arrival Tashkent

    On arrival at Tashkent airport this afternoon by Uzbekistan airway flight from Delhi, meet La Vacanza Travel representative who will guide you to your waiting vehicle for your comfortable shared transfer to your hotel.

    After check-in, relax for sometime before you get ready to start your orientation tour of Tashkent city with an expert local guide. Your guide will take you through the history of Uzbekistan and the top attractions of the city of Tashkent, you will also visit  the Independence Square, Tashkent Broadway and Amir Temur Square during your tour.

    Enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at an Indian restaurant along with Belly dance performance. Dinner also includes local beverages like Vodka, Beer, soft drinks. Return to your hotel, Overnight in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

  • Tashkent – Excursion to Chimgan Hill & Charvak Lake

    After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day excursion to Charvak Lake & Chimgan. Chimgan, literally translated as 'Green Valley' is the most popular ski resort of Uzbekistan, located approx 80 km from Tashkent on slopes of Chimgan Mountains (Part of Chatkal range of western Tian-Shan).

    For its beautiful green landscapes and snow (in winters) it is commonly referred as "Uzbek Switzerland". Enjoy a chair lift by cable car to the top of the hill and some free time for horse riding, cheese shopping or photography.

    Later in the afternoon, on your way to Tashkent visit Charvak and enjoy lunch in Pyramids resort. As a result of a high stone dam on the Chirchiq river and confluence of Pskem, Ko'ksu and Chatkal rivers in the western Tian Shan mountains, which provide the main volume of water, this huge lake with a coastline of approx 100 kms is full of clear blue water throughout the year making it a hotspot for locals and tourist alike.

    You may like to enjoy some sports activities like paragliding, a water scooter ride or may be just swim in the clear mountain water before you return to Tashkent with your fellow passengers by coach.

    After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide at the hotel lobby for your comfortable transfer from your hotel to Tashkent railway station to catch Afrosiyob high speed train departing from Tashkent at 0800 Hrs in the morning and arriving Samarkand at 1030 Hrs.

    Samarkand is one of the oldest inhabited cities in Central Asia and the famous capital of the 14th century Timurid Empire. The city prospered for its great location on the Silk Road between China and the Mediterranean. On arrival at Samarkand, meet your driver and local english speaking guide to start your tour of this city including the visits to the famous attractions in Samarkand as below :

    • Gur-Emir Mausoleum -  Burial place of Amir Temur 
    • Registan Square - The picture perfect monument in the heart of Samarkand, has 3 madrassas
    • Bibi Khanum Mosque - Named after the eldest wife of Great Timur (14th Century)
    • Shahi-Zinda Necropolis - The Shah-i-Zinda complex emerged in over nine (from 11th till 19th) centuries, also the resting place of Kusam ibn Abbas, cousin to the prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
    • Ulugbek Observatory - The biggest observatory, built by Timurid astronomer Ulugh Beg in 1420s. 

    Return to the railway station at 1630 Hrs to catch your train departing from Samarkand at 1700 Hrs and arriving Tashkent at 1940 Hrs. Transfer to your hotel in Tashkent upon arrival.
