At 7:00 am Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan to enjoy a day tour to the Temple of Kom Ombo standing on high grounds overlooking the Nile It differs from other temples because of its double entrance, each one is dedicated to divinity: "Haroeris" with his falcon head and " Sobek " with his crocodile head. The Temple of Kom Ombo was built in the honor of two deities the crocodile-headed Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world, and Haroeris or the ancient falcon-headed Horus.

Stop At: Edfu Temple, Adfo, Edfo, Aswan Governorate 1291234, Egypt

Then transferred to Edfu by road to visit the majestic temple dedicated to Horus which is considered by most to be the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. According to the Egyptian myths, it was the place where the falcon-headed god Horus revenge the murder of his father Osiris by killing Seth. At the end of the Tour Transfer to your hotel in either Aswan on Luxor as Per Customer Request.

We used this trip to get from Aswan to Luxor, while seeing a few things on the way. It was a really nice day tour, and our guide Emad was great. He had lots of interesting stories and was brilliant at pointing out small details you otherwise would miss. The transport was nice and very good value for money, and the trips to the lovely temples split up the trip. Overall, a great day, thanks!

First, the positive. The van is super comfortable and clean. The driver is fantastic too. The temples are must-sees as well. What ruined my tour is the guide, a gentleman named Sammy. He was more interested making money than providing a service. At the Edfu temple, he talked for only about 10 minutes and left us high and dry. For several important rooms, we had to listen to the guides of different tours. I had several tours with Emo, this tour guide is the worst.

A great 2 days in Aswan, Komombo, and Edfu with Emo Tours and our guide Samir Gaber! Tours were on time, vehicle was clean, drivers were safe, and guide and driver responded to customer feedback on improvements.
