Take a scenic highway on the way to Lake Louise, which is great for wildlife spotting, with a scenic stop along the way at Castle Mountain.

Very knowledgable and informative guide on the journey. Drink and biscuit provided before leaving. Nice view down the lake but lots of people on it which took the edge off a bit. We chose this tour so we could try snowshoeing but the driver said they had stopped doing that a few years ago. Bit disappointing overall.

We did the Lake Louise tour. Roz, our guide, was an excellent host who talked about the history as we rode to the lake. The lake itself was one of the highlights of our trip.

Walking on a frozen lake was surreal and the views were stunning! Some amazing photo opportunities and got to have a look inside the Fairmont. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the drive there and back, and we were given just the right amount of time at the lake

Very beautiful area, unfortunately the ice wasn't thick enough to skate on and there wasn't much to see or do when I went. I'll be back in the summer. Emma, our driver/guide has a lot of knowledge and explains tons of things. We had a nice hot chocolate and cookies on our trip back.

Timothy was a great guide. Extremely knowledgeable and comfortable travel back & forth to Lake Louise. I have started to really love travelling with Discover Banff tours. Wonderful job team. Suggestions: It will be amazing if the trip can be extended by 30 mins or an hour. Even if we wanna hike the frozen lake or the trail around, it take’s atleast 90mins to 2 hrs, we were given 1 hour and 10 mins which wasn’t entirely sufficient. We travel to such exquisite locations once in a lifetime, we would like atleast 30 mins more.
