Overview

No wonder Discover Scuba Diving is our most popular activity. It is specially designed for people who have the utmost curiosity about scuba diving and wish to try it in a safe and friendly environment. The course lasts about 3 hours and consists of a 25 minutes theory class and an actual 45 minutes dive of up to 8 meters.

The course is also suitable for children 8-10 years old, and in this option, the dive reaches a maximum of 2 meters.

The whole activity is supervised by our PADI instructors, ensuring maximum fun and safety, with a ratio of one instructor for every two adult students and one instructor for every child.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is a three hours program for people who have the utmost curiosity to find out what it feels like to breathe underwater.
This experience includes a short theory lesson of about 30 minutes on the basic diving equipment and skills and an actual 45 minutes dive of a maximum depth of around 8 meters. 
You will constantly be under the direct supervision of our PADI instructors while safety is ensured with a ratio of one instructor for every two guests.
During your time with us, we also take photos and short videos with our underwater camera which we send to your mail for free right after your dive!

  • Diving within 12 hours of flying is not allowed. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (for example asthma, heart conditions, etc.) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor if needed.

We booked scuba diving for beginners to try and see if such an activity is suitable for us or not. The driver picked us up quite close to the hotel, on time and was quite polite and nice. We received intructions on how to use the gear and how to behave under the water before driving to the place of diving. Almost all of the instructors were very nice and polite except one which was ours. We saw him only once before driving to the diving place. He did not talk to us at all except that one time when he came to us and asked one question if we did such activity before or not, and there were no follow up questions. My girlfriend received a swimsuit which was torn at the bottom back and my had a small hole in between legs. The dive is performed in groups of three incl. Instructor. We were last group to dive. When all of us were geared up and already in the water, the instructor was rushing at first my girlfriend to dive and she managed to do it after a second try. I on the other hand, I was not lucky enough to manage it after a second try of putting my head inside the water and was told to go out of the water as he said it will not work as I was holding everyone. In my opinion, it is unfair that when you try such a thing for the first time and You are being rushed to dive. I would not suggest to book this activity in particular to anyone who is atleast a little afraid or never done this before because You are going to be rushed without any help. Maybe if we had another instructor we would've had more luck. I basically, did not try this activity as I was forced to go out of the water very quickly but it was enough for me to think about trying it in the pool at first. It would've been nice if the instructor atleast allowed me to try it next to the shore or if I would get refund for my part as I did not dive. Either You dive fast or get left behind...

My first diving experience was an exhilarating and unforgettable adventure. As I descended into the crystal-clear waters, a rush of excitement and nerves filled me. The vibrant marine life surrounded me, and the colorful coral reefs seemed to be from another world. With each gentle stroke of my fins, I felt weightless and free, as if I was flying through an underwater paradise. The experience was both humbling and awe-inspiring, leaving me with a deep appreciation for the wonders of the ocean and a newfound passion for diving.

My 12yr old son attended discover scuba experience with Omega divers. I was there to translate for him. The kid loved it, and as far as I can say, everything went very smoothly even though it was windy day and dive site had some wave action. The pre-dive introduction was well done, gear was in adequate condition, student/instructor ratio was good and overall the instructors handled kids and other participants very nicely and professionally. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and experienced staff, Karim was great with our 11 and 14 years old boys. They, and so did daddy, enjoyed a lot our first dive. The dive is in a remote spot, not known to many people, so we had the chance to see a murena and a few fire worms. Definitely recommended!

Our group had the best time! This was the first scuba experience for all of us. The instructors were knowledgeable, helpful & extremely patient with all of us. My husband now wants to take up diving as a hobby. We would definitely work this crew again!
