Loved the tour! So many unique experiences from seeing the ice palace, bathing in the hot springs and seeing the northern lights. Joe was a wonderful tour guide. We loved listening to him.

This was a replacement tour for the cancelled Arctic Circle tour but I enjoyed this very much. The goal was Aurora hunting and we did that with driver/guide Jacob. I credit his knowledge and patience with our success that night!

Joseph was without a doubt the best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Throughout the tour, he provided us with an excellent commentary about the area, the people, and what we would be seeing. Even in the snow, his driving ability was exemplary. We all felt safe for the entire 100+ mile round trip. At Chena, he guided us through the registration process and gave us directions for the Ice Museum, restaurant, and hot springs. As we moved from one place to another, he kept an eye on us to make sure we didn't get lost. His recommendations for dinner were excellent. When it was time to leave, he brought the van right up to the door of the activity center to keep us out of the cold. We wish all tour guides could be like Joe!

The tour arrangement was excellent. Jake did a wonderful job of picking up on time, giving us enough time to visit Hot Spring. On the way we stopped to view the excellent display of Aurora.

The views were amazing!! Jake was very patient and made sure we did not miss seeing the lights. He also made sure we stayed warm. Jake kept getting out of the van to look for the lights to alert us, as he did not want us to miss them!!
