This event is closed, yet Tripadviser still is advertising and selling tickets. I was very disappointed and somewhat frustrated since I’m not sure I’ll get my money back.

It got cancelled due to weather and the company wouldnt give a refund nor would they respond to emails o r text. La Vacanza Travel had horrible customer service.

Worth doing for the views of Vegas that you get. Better than the LINQ High Roller in my opinion. This gets 3 stars as the staff were very cold and unfriendly. There was a sign up saying that the viewing deck was closed due to the weather. I pointed this out as it was misleading and they could not have cared any less. In previous years I've been they would have addressed that straight away if customers were being misled.

We had to spend $$$ to get to the strip, walk super far from the drop-off point at another hotel, then we arrive only to find out the elevators were broken and the attraction closed for the day! No one at the hotel could explain how to get a refund! I called La Vacanza Travel and the number went to a dead line. I installed Whatsapp to message Customer Service and they haven't responded (since yesterday afternoon). I wish La Vacanza Travel would have contacted me when it closed so that I did not waste hours getting there and back only for it to be closed. I need a refund ASAP!

Amazing with 360 views Las Vegas. Did this at night with all the lights and bellagio fountain displays below. Wasn't to busy either so didn't feel rushed to go back down
