We got upgraded to a limo and had Michele as our driver . We took the wrong exit to baggage and Michele drove around came and got us and drove us back swiftly to the correct baggage just in time to get our bag on the Carousel’s. Our first time to Vegas, traveling with a child alone she was a god send! I highly recommend

Our driver was vey personable. She called to let me know she was there and what luggage arrival number she was going to meet us. She was there with my name on a board and greeted me like we were old friends.

Don't use this company! Bait and switch, realllllll sketchy company. To be honest, after reading the reviews, others experienced additional hidden cost and drivers prolonging the ride. Bell should ashamed and an investigated need to be launched! Goodness, their fine print is too fine to read. I booked service from airport to hotel for 7 ppl. Per Delta, the flight arrived at a certain time; so I requested to be pickup 30 minus after arrival. The plane arrived almost 30 mins early. I'm thinking we had to time make restroom stop, and proceed to baggage claim. We located our driver & luggage and proceeded to the car. Let me mention, we had wheelchair assistance for couple ladies. We're not as fast as the norm. Luggage was loaded into car, the driver took pics of us outside the limo. The driver pop champagne bottle for us! She ask do we need to make a stop. The first thing we ask, is this additional charge. She stated NO! We stopped at a store, which was ridiculously expensive. We left the store within 5 to 10 mins and proceeded to hotel. After we unloaded from car, and was checking into hotel, I received a bank alert for an additional charge from bell transportation. Check this out; I was informed by the agent I did not make no comments/notes when making the reservations therefore, our time started when the plane landed. I told the agent in my original reservation, I requested 30 minute pickup time after plane arrival. Since I made no notes, this allowed Bell to adjust my arrival & pickup time, to be the same time. Again, fine print too fine to read. Get this, there is no time consideration for unloading the plane, walking, restroom stop, level of physical ability and retrieval of luggage. This company will milk your pocket if you let them. Since I made no notes in my reservation, Bell adjusted the itinerary based on plane arrival. Also the driver does not communicate, there maybe additional charge for stops etc. Basically Bell is a ripe off with fine print to fine to read company that DOES NOT give TIME consideration for anything. Hope my review will be helpful for your group. Just writing this review boils my blood. Oh, we canceled our return trip to airport. Kudos to Uber and their fine print.
