Sadly it was raining but we still had a great time. Provided with a good waterproof cape each. Couldn’t do Retiro park as too muddy, but Jacob gave us a good city tour which was very interesting.

The Tour Guide Jacob was amazing, guiding us in a very professional and in a safe way through the traffic of Madrid. He is very knowledge able and shares the stories in a very exciting and also funny way. Also the kids loved it. This tour is a great mix of sightseeing and a fun Segway ride through the park. We will definitely do it again when we come back to Madrid. Johannes

This was a highlight of our entire trip, so much fun and a great guide. It was amazing to travel thru the streets of Madrid and do a whistle top tour of Retiro Park on Segways!! We were lucky as it was a bright day and the ideal setting for this outdoor activity. Nb. None of us had been on Segways before but the guide got us confident and ready 1 by 1 in minutes!! P.S. In chillier weather definitely wear gloves for comfort and warmth, I had them but a couple didn’t. The guide really kindly leant his to my son!! (Thanks again)

This was great fun and a brilliant way to see around the vast Retiro Park. Jacob was an excellent guide, he helped us get used to the Segways before guiding us through Madrid to the Park. I was a little surprised we didn’t start in the Park as I booked a tour of the Park to avoid travelling through traffic on Segways, but I needn’t have worried as Jacob took it slowly and stopped frequently to make sure we were ok and to point out places of interest. Once in the Park Jacob showed us the highlights stopping often to take as many photos as required. Thanks for a great experience!

Great to guide in Juan. Very good around safety and managing the group through traffic. Great knowledge of the city. Great fun way to see the city and the Park in particular!
