Guide was Rosio. She waited 15 minutes if not longer for a kate guest at time of bus departure. She tried to be funny during the bus ride as she gave narratives of what we would see in Toledo and Segovia. The reviews and tour description DAY you get a GUIDED tour of the cathedrals. Not true at all. She gave us the tickets and let us walk aimlessly inside with NO tour or audio guides (which I did see available for additional cost in both cathedrals). There was no headset provided for the walking tours so that sucked too. 4 of the solo travelers like me could not believe she did not guide the tour inside the cathedrals! She left 4 of us after lunch at the meeting point...we were 10 minutes late due to insane crowds at restaurants (that SHE suvgested) and lived by saying she waited 15 mins. We had to call the agency to find her and catch up. The most shocking is she KNOWINGLT left a guest in Toledo!! He was not back at the bus at the stated time but unlike the couple she waited for in the morning for over 15 mins, she did NOT wait even 5. 3 of us told her he was not on the bus, and her comment was "we are aware" and the bus LEFT HIM in Toledo! Stranded, at nightfall, with no way to get back to Madrid. Many of us were horrified and mortified. This was a cheap tour but this unprofessionalism is simply not acceptable. It was off season (early February) and the tour bus was not full to capacity. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've used tours all over the world. Never again will I use this company. Beware!!

This is going to be a two part review because I’d like to address my biggest concern which is why I gave the poor rating, On the drive home from Segovia the driver of our mini bus was all over the road and if we didn’t yell at him I truly believe he would have fallen asleep at the wheel 😫 Don’t put peoples LIVES in danger letting your workers get behind the wheel when they can’t stay awake, The really sad thing is there was a young tour guide with him sitting in passenger seat clueless not paying attention to anything other than her phone, Now for the full day tour part of my review - I give it a five! Paco our tour guide for walking portion was amazing, Segovia is a wonderful place to spend the day to see the cathedral alcazar shop and have a relaxing lunch or dinner.

El guia Jose Luis nos brindo una muy rica informacion durante el recorrido en el bus. La Catedral ea majestuosa, impactante. El Alcazar imperdible, se destacan lis techos y todo el mobiliario.
