Tour guide was underwhelming. Seemed like she was more interested in trying to run jokes by us for a standup routine than she was interested in telling us actual ghost stories along the way. We left at the bathroom/bar break.

Engaging stories, entertaining guide, and family friendly. We brought our 1 year old and our guide was very accommodating. Loved hearing the tales, crime history, and folklore. We knew New Orleans had a dark history but hearing these tales outside the actual locations helped lift the veil and understand the past that made New Orleans what it is today.

We couldn't make it in time. This was our first time in New Orleans and the traffic prevented us from arriving on time and it was 4/20 weekend as well . We would have been 20 minutes late so we asked if we could possibly catch up to the group and we were told that it wasn't allowed. I had to apply for the possibility to get refund and we were rejected. It said refund said to be requested 24 hours before the tour however there was less than 24 hours until the tour when we initially booked it so there was no option to cancel 24 hours in advance. It would be nice if we could get our refund which is only $46 or something like that since we weren't able to be there at all. Even a partial refund would be very helpful.

I don’t remember the name of our guide, but she had a slouchy beanie on and black clothes! I think it started with a c. Anyways she was so informative and amazing on our tour. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting!

KATHERINE was great! Super informative and enthusiastic. She gave us detailed information about the French Quarter’s haunted history, historical figures and architecture. With a side of humour and local tidbits!
