Overview

There are a million things to experience in New York City, but this is one in a million. The One World Observatory is the latest and greatest Big Apple attraction. Located at the top three floors of the One World Trade Center, which is now the tallest building in the western hemisphere, the observatory boasts jaw-dropping views of Manhattan and its surrounds. With this admission ticket, you'll have access to all three Observatory floors for a memorable experience that offers fabulous photo ops, New York City history, and dining options to buy food or drinks high in the sky.
Choose to upgrade your standard admission ticket to priority admission with express and expedited VIP entry straight to the top!

What You Can Expect

When you arrive at One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan, hop in a Sky Pod (aka elevator) and arrive on the 102nd floor in less than 60 seconds. The Sky Pod provides a virtual time-lapse experience so you can see how New York City has changed over the centuries.
If you thought the elevator ride was cool, you'll be blown away by the One World Observatory's vantage point, which on a clear day, provides a sight line of about 50 miles (80 km). Watch a video about the making of the 1,776-foot-tall (540-meter) skyscraper, and then look out the panoramic windows for one-of-a-kind New York City views. Upgrade your experience to priority admission and have your own VIP expedited entry to bypass the general admission lines.

At the See Forever Theater, see time-lapse photos and aerial imagery during a unique 2-minute video presentation, and then check out the the Main Observatory on the 100th floor, where you can step onto a 14-foot-wide (4-meter) disc in the floor and look down for an incredible perspective of real-time, high-definition footage of Manhattan's streets. And don't leave without stopping by City Pulse, an interactive experience that connects visitors with New York's landmarks and neighborhoods.

When you're hungry, you can head to the 101st floor for a bite to eat (own expense). Options include pastries and fresh sandwiches at One Café, small plates and artisanal cocktails at the bar One Mix, and high-end food and wine that matches the stunning view at One Dine (reservations required at One Dine).

Itinerary

EXPERIENCE WINTER ONEDERLAND

Follow Ollie's Holiday Journey across the world to One World Observatory, available November 17 - January 7!

Meet Ollie!

Follow Ollie the snow owl from his home in the winter forest to the greatest landmarks in the world, leading him to the most iconic city of them all, New York City! Ollie will be your guide through the first phases of the multifaceted Winter ONEderland experience within One World Observatory, atop One World Trade Center.

Glacier Cave

Wander through a magical underground winter grotto after completing the journey across the world to New York City with Ollie. Children of all ages and adults will feel transported to a whimsical pathway that leads to Snowy SkyPods, some of the fastest elevators in the world.

Snowy SkyPod

Delight in the thrill of snowfall while riding above New York City’s sparkling skyline in the fastest elevators in the Western Hemisphere. The SkyPod elevator travels to Floor 102 in 47 seconds, at a speed of about 23 miles per hour. An incredible video show that shows the evolution of New York City provides a one-of-a-kind experience that will surprise and delight.

Magical Frosted Windows

While the spectacular 360-degree views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and beyond are amazing enough on their own, three windows will magically add a shimmering frosted finish to the view with a simple touch. These technological wonders will ignite the curiosity and amazement of all those who experience them.

Giant Snow Globe

Marvel at a giant snow globe showcasing New York City’s famous skyline, and enjoy the ultimate selfie moment. Mechanized fans will blow "snow" through a glass sphere, as it gently cascades over a replica One World Trade Center, Ollie and the Manhattan view in the background.
