We had a great day with Dave our tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable about the region and the wineries we visited. I also had several email interactions with Jessie who was always prompt and friendly in her responses. You can tell the busy season is starting in Niagara so it was nice to have our reserved time and spots at each location

Well, we arrived late because of ridiculous traffic on the QEW, but both Jessie in the office, and our tour guide Melissa were very helpful and accommodating. We were supposed to see 3 vineyards as part of the tour, and we missed the first one, but they actually tacked another on the end of the tour for us! The tastings were awesome, and the surprise stop at the chocolate factory was a tasty treat. I would definitely recommend this tour.
