Great to get some sights of nearby bays and good history of the area from our friendly tour guide - he delivered his fun facts in French and English

Our group of friends booked this cruise just to get a different view of the Riviera. It is about a 1 hour cruise from the Nice harbor out along the coastline to Villefrance-sur-Mer and then back west to maybe halfway to where the Nice airport is. Gorgeous views and your crew does make announcements where you are and what you are seeing in both English and French. It can be a little hard to hear the announcements over the engines but they definitely do what they can. The trip back to the west is at high speed and if it's a little cool outside you best bundle up in something warm. It can get quite cold in the off season (I imagine it is a different story in the heat of the summer). The best views are at the bow, the stern, or up on the top. If you want a good seat you should arrive about 30 minutes before cruise time. Those who arrived late had to contend with either standing where the views are good or going inside where views are not nearly as good to sit down. The top deck filled up quickly and was completely full 15 minutes before cruise time. Overall this was very enjoyable for all of us. I highly recommend this cruise.

Nice has been very walkable. It was easy to find the boat, by walking to the end of the promenade to the pier. Staff very friendly for this excursion. It was beautiful to see by sea. It was a little difficult to hear everything on the boat the guide was telling us. But still an enjoyable, good priced experience.
