We booked this tour last minute because the weather was awful that day. Snowing! This tour is mainly inside and I would recommend this for anyone that loves going into old hotels. The guide was fantastic & very informative. The guide dressed in period costume which really made the tour fun.

Yes, they have chefs. But it's not just the food that shines here, their friendly and accommodating staff took care of my family. I wish I would have gone a second time. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He was corny but trying to make it fun. He had interesting bits. I enjoyed the tour. It was worth doing.

I am a from the province of quebec and took tour of the castle with my wife while we stayed at the fairmont. Our guide thomas was simply fantastic! Enthusiastic and really passionate about sharing the history of the castle. Learned a lot of things that I didn’t know even as a quebecer. ! Definitely would recommend!

The Tour was great, our tourguide was the best. She told us everything. You see a lot in the Fermond hotel. The history off the hotel is so much.
