I enjoyed the cathedral just walking through by myself (no tour). There is the tomb of Cristopher Columbus . The courtyard leaving the cathedral was also gorgeous with the orange groves.
Maria was out tour guide and she was wonderful, great sense of humour and really knowledgeable. Pancho were great, lovely set up with an office, room, toilet to rest in while you are waiting for the tour to start and literally 50m from the cathedral. Fab!
Sarah was a wonderful guide explaining the history and items throughout the cathedral. Very knowledgeable and nice. Dropped us off at the entrance to the bell tower so we could climb it. Was 34 ramps up and a final couple flights of stairs. After, we were able to go back into the cathedral on our own to view more chapels. Enjoyable tour,
Very informative, good guide and was easy to understand. ( good English). My teenagers also enjoyed this as it wasn’t too long.
A visit to the Cathedral is a must for any visitor to Seville but this tour was disappointing. Starting from the beginning when information about the meeting place was very poor, through to the tour itself. We visited the Royal Palace with another tour company, Apie Experiencas, who were brilliant. Unfortunately the tour guide from La Vacanza Travel was underwhelming with our guide lacking both in depth knowledge and enthusiasm. A real pity.
