Patterson campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The program, a first in Canada, integrates learning at the Teaching Winery, situated amidst 38 acres of vineyards. Students gain hands-on experience, producing award-winning wines. The program focuses on winemaking, viticulture, and sales/marketing, providing diverse opportunities post-graduation. Developed in consultation with the local wine industry, it received the Pinnacle Award in 2004 for supplying top graduates to the tourism industry and was honored as the Best Program in Canada by the Association of Canadian Community Colleges.
