This bogus organization never even bothered to show up. The trip was paid in full, we received a booking confirmation, entered the name and address of our hotel where we were to be picked up at 9 in the morning, but the driver never showed up. After contacting them (we waited outside in the cold looking for the driver for over half an hour) we were told that the booking confirmation was not all, we were supposed to contact the driver and confirm with them as well... So no trip for us that day... Luckily we found another company (BG Tours) to be available and we had a perfect trip to the falls a day later. If tou want to see the falls and be sure you actually get to see the falls, don't book with these clowns!

Begining with Crystal: she's just great! She always made herself available to meet every request and to answer every question we may have. From arranging our airport's pickup to fully customize the experience (up to the point of selecting champagne's brand) and ending picking up us at the hotel to get to the airport, she made sure everything went perfect! Cheers to the whole driving crew: Sasi was so patient and kind waiting for us to clear customs and baggage at the airport, regardless of the delays. Walter is a smart, super educated person who knows about economics, politics, local culture and movies, who also kindly meet every request we had. We really enjoyed his company and smart talking. And at last but not least, Rickardo is an extremely funny, kind and happy guy who made us felt like we were at home all the time, even singing at the car! We wished we could have spent more time with him! We wil definitely definitely DEFINITELY repeat on our next visit!

I would highly recommend this private tour, what an great, personalized (3 of us) experience! Our tour guide, Walter, was knowledgeable and very polite. The drive from to Toronto to Niagara Falls felt quick as he was providing us with information during our ride. We couldn’t go on the boat ride due to weather conditions, but we had plenty of time to walk around and admire The Falls. We had over an hour to walk around Niagara-on-the-Lake (make sure you don’t miss this beautiful little town on your trip to the Falls!) and buy some Bacon Marmalade (Yummy!) and Ice Wine. Walter gave us a few recommendations for lunch, and we decided to finish our trip with a delightful lunch at a Winery called Two Sisters. The tour also includes other stops like the Whirlpool and Floral clock, and we drove along the lake and the river all the time :). Can’t wait to visit other parts of Canada and hopefully we’ll be able to use this company as our tour guide again!

We had Lisa take us around for the day and she was amazing! She made us laugh and made sure we had a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Anyone who gets Lisa is definitely very lucky! My only minor criticism was I wish the tour had been slightly longer as I would have liked to have spent more time in Niagara on the lake as it was so pretty but Lisa made sure we did not feel rushed so I would highly recommend this tour.

We booked this trip via La Vacanza Travel and I have to say it was worth every penny. Our guide Sam picked us up just after 9.00 in a top of the range Crysler SUV. He was very friendly & informative and we had a good chat on the way down to Niagara. He dropped us off at the cliff edge while he went and bought the boat tickets. After swapping tel nos in case of mishaps, he then dropped us off for the boat trip and agreed a pick up later. (I'll review the boat trip elsewhere). We were then taken yo beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake via a few stop offs for points of interests. After a bite to eat and a walk around it was off to Dan Aykroyd's Winery for a tasting before heading getting backto our hotel in Toronto for 5.15. This was certainly money well spent and receiving that personal touch made for a day that will live long in the memory.
