We were so excited but sadly it’s a total scam. The cars were really dangerous, all were broken. After 30 minutes our guide finally found one that worked and it broke down 3 minutes into our trip. We were stranded for 2 hours and the guy refused to give us a refund… looks cool but do not do haha

Moonlight tour was a present for Birthday for my boyfriend. He absolutely love it! Very good present idea for someone who likes to drive. It’s like go-karting in the city center. Our guide Alex was very good, entertaining and constantly checking on us during tour.

We scheduled this tour for Monday, October 24th. As we schedule most of our tours through La Vacanza Travel, we had never encountered the problems that we did with this tour. Hence, why I am writing this as my first review. Being in Vienna for the first time, we had made many plans for tours and excursions. However, on Monday night when we showed up for our tour - the company was closed for the evening and no one ever showed up for our scheduled time. We left numerous messages for them and despite a sign on their door that said that they try and return calls within 2 minutes, but never returned any of our calls. Also, in dealing with La Vacanza Travel, we were greatly disappointed with the level of service received. We typically understand that we will pay more for a tour on their website then we would going directly to company's website, which was the case here by about 30. We figured we paid more because La Vacanza Travel would do all the work in remedying the situation while we could focus on our trip. We still wanted to do the tour, and hopefully at a discounted price for our inconvenience and relayed the information to La Vacanza Travel. La Vacanza Travel said they would work on it and keep us updated. Within 6 days, we called 2 other times to check up and La Vacanza Travel had never called us back once to inform us of any progress and when we did call, the reps had told us that there was nothing to report. This will cause great hesistation for us in the future as I think about what would happen if we booked a 3 or 6 day excursion through La Vacanza Travel and the company did not show up - would La Vacanza Travel again leave that up to the consumer to remedy? I understand that this could happen by booking with the company directly - it's just for the increased cost through La Vacanza Travel, we had assumed we were paying for them to sort things out if problems arise.

Schon beim Betreten der Geschäftsstelle würden wir von den 2 Anwesenden Mitarbeiterinnen aufs herzlichste begrüßt. Eine der Damen stellte sich als unser Abendlicher "Tour-Guide" Namens Marina vor. Vom Start an war die Tour ein einziges unterhaltsames Erlebnis, und selbst der Ausblick vom Donauturm bei Nacht (welcher natürlich ein ausgesprochenes Highlight bildet) konnte nicht die Hauptattraktion überdecken, welche das Erlebnis war, mit einer motorisierten Seifenkiste durch Wiens nächtlichen Verkehr zu cruisen. Einmal die Welt von ein klein wenig abgesetzter Position zu betrachten und dabei amüsante Gespräche mit seinen Begleitern zu führen macht dieses Erlebnis auf jeden Fall zu dem einzigartigen Spaß den wir uns davon erhofft hatten. Auf jeden Fall ist dieses Erlebnis für jeden zu empfehlen, der die vielleicht schon "alltägliche" Stadttour bis über den Kragen hinaus erlebt hat und sich eine Stadt einmal aus anderer Perspektive ansehen möchte. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, findet man hier mit Freunden, Paaren und Familien auch die nötige Abwechslung vom Alltag und ein Erlebnis, dass sich mit Sicherheit in der Erinnerungskiste einbrennt. Der Dank für unser Erlebnis gilt dem äußerst freundlichen Team, das diese Idee erschaffen hat, und vor allem unserem Tour-Guide Marina, welche uns mehr als nur einmal an den Ampelphasen zum Lachen gebracht hat!
