Fast, friendly and competent service. I hadn’t snowboarded in 7 years so I played it safe and got the dev package. BT outfitted my wife with skis and myself perfectly.

Black Tie are an absolutely excellent outfit. They were really polite, very helpful with information on the resort, gave multiple sizes of boots when the first ones didn't fit and final collection was super - we just left the gear at reception and it was picked up in their own time. So much better than trecking to a rental store.

The idea of having a delivery is amazing we didnt have to worry because is easy to arange and to return All the equipment was great Thank you guys we had a lot of fun

Easy to book, and getting gear delivered and fitted at your hotel is so convenient. Nothing was too much trouble for Black Tie with gear needing to be returned early due to an injury with no questions asked refund and also a subsequent switch of board was easily accommodated with a simple switch at the village half way through the day. Can’t recommend Black Tie enough.

I have used Black Tie Ski Rentals for my parents ski rentals every year for 4 years now. They are extremely professional, always on time & offer superior service. Matt, the owner, is an absolute beauty and always comes by with a smile. They even have walk in locations now!
