We didn't get to do the tour with Arctic Range and had to cancel due to flight cancellations/rebooking but the staff was able to cancel and refund our reservation. I appreciated that as it was one less thing to stress about!
Guides were friendly and fun. Loved the wildlife preserve and especially loved the hot springs! So relaxing.

We went to this tour with our guide Angela , who was really nice and lovely She explained lots of things about Yukon history and the local effort to maintain wild life and natural resources We were able to see all of the animals Loved the moose ;) After the tour we went to the hot springs to A very relaxing afternoon 😊✌️😎 I just wish we could get into the frozen hair competition rs
We were a family of five that just finished the Wildlife and Hot springs tour.While some people say you can save money by doing it yourself.I disagree,Agatha our guide was full of knowledge about the animals.We would have not spotted the elusive lynx and the arctic foxes if not for her trained eye.We were very happy with her friendly service and glad that We booked with this company.The Yukon wildlife reserve is best done with someone who can provide lots of useful information She also had to do 2 languages at the same time,Since We were English speakers with a Mexican couple.So she did it in English and Spanish at the same time.Kudos to her
