The boat and route itself was good. But audioguide was really poor! Very few remarks, sometimes in the wrong place or repeating. Between audioguide remarks someone on the boat (didn't see if it was captain or someone else) added a lot of information himself, but only in a couple of languages.

The commentary kept starting and stopping then repeating what it just said, there were too long a gaps in between the information, and when the captain tried to tell us something about a building, we couldn’t see what building he was talking about. I really didn’t learn anything

The captain of the boat was friendly and welcoming. In addition to the prerecorded commentary, he pointed out things of interest along the route. At the end of the trip everyone was invited to keep their headphones. If you’ve ordered a snack pack, don’t forget to pick it up from the kiosk when you get your ticket.

Lovely way to see some of Amsterdam. The captain Nathan was funny and informative. The boat was comfortable and heated with the option to sit outside. Would recommend as a cheap way to see some of the sights.

I had a great time, the location was easy to find and board the boat. The day I came a group of teenagers from France were also taking in the tour so the chaperones where cool to chat with and just like the kids I was learning too which enhanced the experience. The boat was warm and had a bathroom, all in all a fun way to see the city
