What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

The Discover Scuba Diving course is the best way to experience how it feels to breathe underwater
You will meet with your instructor at the scuba diving center where you will have the theory lesson, a briefing on safety measures, and you will learn how to use the scuba equipment
Once we finish with the theory, we will head for the sea where you will learn how to breathe underwater, how to use the scuba gear and you will practice 3 skills in waters you can stand. When you feel comfortable, you will then have a dive for 30-40 minutes down to 5-6 metres to explore the sea bed.

    • Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

    It was my first time Scubadiving, my boyfriend’s second time. Dimitris explained everything very well, gave us very clear instructions and made sure everything happened safely. The Scuba Diving experience was amazing. If you’re near Athens you should definitely try out this experience, it is worth it!

    Demetris and Rafale provided an outstanding experience for us. We were a family of 4 with no experience at all. In spite of that, they provided a safe atmosphere, excellent instruction, and kind understanding with my wife's anxiety. I wholeheartedly recommend this activity. Please note that it does take an hr and a half to get out there from Athens.

    It was a very interesting experience. The instructor was very supportive and explained very well. I definitely recommend trying scuba diving in Nea Makri primarily due to the beautiful and remote location you would dive in.

    Dimitris was knowledgeable and very helpful during the preparation process. I definitely recommend scuba diving with him. A good and very patient instructor. I strongly recomend him for those who want to start this hobby!
