This boutique waterpark offers a range of premium quality food and drink options from 5 dining outlets, with all dishes made fresh daily, from locally sourced ingredients.   • Don't wear swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations or loose clothing as they can damage slides or potentially for snagging hazard.
  • By purchasing a ticket and entering the park guests are accepting and agreeing to Waterbom Bali's terms and conditions of entry.
  • Child tickets valid for guests 11 years old or younger. Children under 2 are free.
  • Family tickets valid for 2 Adults and 2 Children only (between 2-11 years old).
  • No outside food and drinks can be brought into the park.
  • Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an Adult.
  • Pets are not allowed in the park.
  • Guests may be asked to present a valid form of identification matching the name shown on the ticket.
  • During the peak season period June to August, entry on preferred date may not be available if Waterbom has reached its maximum capacity.
  • Operational hours from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
  • Tickets can't be rescheduled
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking

I enjoyed the swim up bar and was able to find a lounge to lie on -- some of the rides were very busy and had long lines - I think a weekday is better to go as the locals are also there on Sat/Sun

The waterpark is so fun! The pools are heated so you don’t feel cold at any point. The staff are all very kind. But mainly the food is amazing. We weren’t sure what the restaurant food would be like but we had 3 different dishes and each was incredible. The staff understood about my egg allergy and made a dish without the egg!

Such an awesome water park. Waterbom definitely exceeded my expectations. So many amazing slides at all different levels. My son had the best day going on every slide. Love that the gardens are very tropical and well maintained making for nice shade as you navigate around the park. Safety was of a very high standard. Food was amazing with lots of different choices. Even got a foot reflexology massage while I was there.

Best day out with your bathers up your a** I’m almost 60 and I had the time of my life with my daughter and my grandchildren 5,7 & 9! This waterpark is so well run so safe so clean and the most amazing day out. We booked online purchased a Cabana for the day and spent 6 hours having the most fun each and everyone of us. The food was awesome delivered to your cabana. Plenty of shade no ques no more that 5 minutes wait to ride any ride in the park! Australia could learn ALOT from Waterbom. We actually had so much fun that we went again 4 days later! Don’t hesitate it’s fun for all ages

It's not a big park. Fortunately, it wasn't very crowded and we reached at 9 am when the park opens and had already bought tickets online at 15% discount on their site. The standard thrill rides are all there. The wave pool is missing.
