Book 2 bus tour with them while on vacation, and 2 tours ,try to cancel one du to change of plan. Not open to négociation, Bad service, want to refund 10% of the cost… the 1 tour we did said small group, we where so many, they had 2 guide and divided us 2 groupe of 25…when we get to the tourist attraction, can’t even get in.

I enjoyed this bus but did not try the city hop on hop off version. Picked this because it was the official one. Liked the bus quality, the stops and the accommodations in general. Some of the stops were not right at the site so some walking involved. Was disappointed that when we attempted to get on the first bus, the bus was out of paper to issue us a paper ticket thus we had to wait for another bus. In the electronic cell phone age, this was a stupid inconvenience to us and made us wait after having trouble finding the stop in the first place. How dare they run out of paper if that is required and how inane not to be online as a pass? I could have used more commentary and sometimes commentary was after the item had passed which makes little sense. Overall good but not a five rating.

Route starts at Playa Catalonya. There are two routes, Red and Blue, one taking in the northern part of the city, and the other taking in the southern part. Buses are clean, with free earphones and multi-lingual commentary. This is a great way of seeing the city, and it you take one or two stop offs, and maybe swap from Red to Blue once, it is enough to take up a full day at very reasonable cost.

Easy to use and a great way to get an initial “feel” for the city. The open top bus offers great views and a fun experience. Although our reservation was for the “blue” bus (???), the red bus gladly accepted us.

Did both blue and red lines and all was good. Red line is a little more interesting overall however, blue line has stops for Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and FC Barcelonàs stadium. Very nice
