We(9 people) went on a 4 days tour to Jasper and Banff with Westar. Absolute 5 stars for our guides Lisa, Jamie and Ray. But I’m very disappointed the last day of our tour (Colombian ice filed) since they cancelled the “Sky Walk tour” we booked. And In particular, NO explanation! NO apologies! When we got back to Toronto, asked them the refund for Sky Walk tour. We paid $223(before tax) for 4 activities each person. But the office told us the refund is ONLY $8.4 including tax for each person. We do not accept such unreasonable refund. Not recommended!

My wife and I recently joined their tour of Banff and Jasper, and we were thoroughly impressed. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of this journey was how our tour guide, Lisa's ability to foster a sense of connection among our fellow travelers. We started as a group of strangers but quickly became a tight-knit community (e.g., sharing stories) I would highly recommend their tours to anyone seeking an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Lisa, for making our trip unforgettable!
