Unreliable, provider cancelled night before. Ruined my plans. They should not take your booking and money if they have no plan to accommodate what ever number of customers book now again waiting for Refund but more than this my time and happiness is diminished by this bad experience.. Why should the customer suffer for this .The proviso Subject to numbers is no Excuse. It's bad business. Sorry Very disappointed with the Cannes set up this was the second provider that cancelled which was a replacement for the first cancellation !!!

This was a great tour of the Cannes Port. Paul our tour guide did a good job, but could have provided a bit more information. He answered questions, but did not always offer a lot of info. The bikes were in good condition and comfortable. The areas he took us too were interesting and for that reason I would recommend this tour if you have a short time to see Cannes. The location was very close to the cruise port. The rental shop did not have a bathroom, which is odd, but Paul brought us to public bathroom by the coast so it all worked out.

Fun and challenging bike ride different bikes not all consistent so ask for a bike that you like and that is comfortable for you. Amazing sites and worthy. C

Great Scenery - Paul was a good guide. The E-Bikes, if you have never ridden them, are a little tricky to get used to. We scaled a very large hill with switchbacks and cars coming/going, so it was challenging. We would have preferred a more leisurely ride. 2.5 hours of riding.

views on the tour were beautiful and guide was very knowledgeable of the area . however the area was quite treacherous with heavy traffic and very hilly and curvy roads on part of tour . i am 4’11 and was given a bike that was designed for trails ( fat tire bike) and was very difficult to turn on pavement due to the weight of the bike and wide tires . consequently i fell and sustained some pretty sever abrasions . staff was more concerned with scratches in the bike than my injury. i was told i had to pay for bike repair and treated quite rudely with no offer of first aid of any kind . La Vacanza Travel has said they would refund and was very kind. although had ridden e-bikes before this was very different t equipment than the rest of our group
