• The company reserves the right to make minor changes in the program when this is considered necessary, for example in case of unfavorable weather conditions. This can be done without prior notice.
• Reservations must be made 12 hours before the tour. A cancellation must be done 5 days before the tour for 50% refund. In case of later cancellations, no refund will be made from the company.
• If a tour is cancelled due to low participation or bad weather conditions, the company will refund 100% of made payments

• In case of allergies, tolerances or food preferences please inform the company in advance.
• Most travelers can participate
• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Important Note: This tour is including hotel pick up – drop off for accessible by cars hotels only (many streets of the old town and the harbor of Chania are having limited vehicle access) in the region of Chania. Clients that are staying in the old town and the Venetian harbor have to meet us in the suitable meeting points (3-5 minutes average walking distance from most of the hotels). The meeting times scheduled according to the hotels’ locations. The pick-up will be from the clients’ hotel (if accessible) on this specific time. For small-group tours, pick-ups from Rethimnon, Heraklion and Lasithi regions are NOT included.

* In case of clients’ delay the vehicle cannot wait for more than 10 minutes.
