    Please follow directions below for your pickup directions. If Picking up from the Orlando International Airport: We pickup and dropoff only at Terminal A, Ground Transportation(level 1), Spot #A3 . Please allow yourself 20- 30 minutes to get to our pickup location. On the morning of your transportation you will receive a text message with the driver's name, number, the pickup time you requested, meeting location and the vehicle description. This is a shared shuttle service that picks up at the airport and surrounding hotels. Once all passengers are aboard the shuttle it takes between 45 - 60 minutes to get to Cape Canaveral/ Cocoa beach Hotels. If picking up from Hotels in Cape Canaveral/ Cocoa beach hotels: We Pickup in the Lobby area of your hotel. On the morning of your transportation you will receive a text message with the driver's name, number, the pickup time you requested, meeting location and the vehicle description. This is a shared shuttle makes stops at the hotels along the route. Your driver will contact letting you know that he/she is outside your hotel lobby. Once all passengers are aboard the shuttle it takes between 45 - 60 minutes to get to the Orlando International Airport.

    If I could give a 0 I would! The driver was extremely unprofessional! He kicked me and my small kids out of the car after he promised us we would be to the airport in plenty of time for our flight! Ended up having to take a Uber

    Do not book with this company. They are horrible. We had set up a month in advance to get a ride from Port Canaveral to Orlando airport. They charge my credit card $50 immediately. On the day they were supposed to pick us up they sent a text and told us to be at the Port even 45 minutes earlier than the originally said. They sent us our driver's name Jose. Jose never showed up. I called him five separate times and every time he said I'm just about there. I called the corporate office and they said oh he's running behind but he'll be there shortly. Because we are almost late for a flight we had to get an uber. I called the company and told them to cancel my ride and they said they would. They have never credited my account yet and now they will not answer my phone calls. They have terrible terrible terrible customer service. Do not use

    I booked a hotel transfer from Port Canaveral to MCO Orlando airport. The provider was Ralpha Transportation. They never showed up. While the website said I would get a text prior to pick-up, I did not. About 40 minutes prior to pickup, I sent a message via my La Vacanza Travel booking to notify them that I had not yet heard from anyone. No one from La Vacanza Travel or Ralpha reached out to me. l then called Ralpha directly. While they initially stated that the driver was running late (that was a lie), they later admitted there was an error on their end. Ultimately, they ordered an Uber to pick us up. Ironically, two days after we returned home, I received a text from Ralpha about my scheduled pickup. Then, I received a call later in the day, presumably from the driver, on his way to pick us up. But he was TWO DAYS LATE! They clearly had me down in their records for the wrong day! Not the type of stress you need to deal with when you are on vacation and trying to catch a plane.
