    Always enjoy a hop-on hop -off bus tour of a city. It’s a great way to learn the lay of the land on a larger scale to determine where I would visit. I wish the bus stops were more highly marked.

    I rang the number given, the lady didn't speak English and hung up on me before I could ask her if anybody else spoke English to help. As I've stated in my previous message, I was unaware, through no fault of my own, that the Trams and Buses would choose today to go on strike. I was waiting for an hour at the Airport Bus Stand for the 721 to take me to the Hotel (McDreams), so I could at least leave my bag. The buses and trams were on strike on 01/03/24 and I was not made aware of this until someone approached me & let me know. I then had to arrange alternative public travel which made me late. I have therefore requested a refund due to circumstances outside of my control. Thank you. Ms L Brown. The company's customer service is virtually non existent, not only did they not respond to my texts, they didn't deal with my call for help. Not doing that activity or booking that company again. Sorry, for me its a No👎

    The ride was enjoyable and I could decide what places to visit during my stay in Düsseldorf. Love the view of Rhineturm.
