We booked with a transfer from Durban. Transfer was prompt and friendly. It was a massive day, pick up at 6am and return around 6pm. But well worth it to get to see the magnificent country of Lesotho. Our transfer driver, Wendy and tour guide from Underberg, Roger were both so knowledgeable and provided high quality service. I would highly recommend this day trip to everyone!

I went with 7 members of family and friends , it was a brilliant day 5 who are a lot younger than me and fitter decided to walk the sani pas into Lesotho you can drive your car to the border point and from there you need a passport because you are entering a different country . they said the walk was easy for the first few miles but towards the end the hills got a lot steeper unless you are very fit I wouldn't advise the walk the road is very rocky and uneven . me and my friends decided to go by 4x4 this can be organised from Underberg it cost about £45 you are driven all the way there they sort out your clearance at the passport point and then take you to Lesotho and to a little village to see how the people there live then off for food at the local mountaintop pub anyone can do this journey no level of fitness is needed you just need to be able to get into a 4x4 vehicle this visit is highly recommended by me if in the area , the scenery is out of this world amazing , hope this has been helpful if wanting to go to Lesotho

Sani Pass was amazing. The trip from Durban was a bit long but our driver Frank was great. The Cultural piece of this in Lesotho felt a bit forced in a seemingly staged town, but all in all not bad. Got to learn a bit of the history of the region which was good.
