David was an awesome guide. The tour provided a varied but busy schedule. Scenery was stunning. The wine tasting and picnic beside the vineyards was enjoyable. The Charlie Chapman exhibit was a lot of fun. The wax figures are very realistic and brought the home to life. The cruise on the lake was enjoyable and Chillon castle was very interesting.

Anglesey is a lovely part of N. Wales so much to see. Great beaches like Trearddur Bay and red Wharfe Bay. Stayed in Beaumaris great place. Menai straits stunning . Highly recommend it for a few days.

We booked this tour through La Vacanza Travel with Key Tour S.A. and have a booking number to confirm. I am a travel advisor and do tours prior to recommending them to my clients. This is one tour is would NOT recommend. We were very disappointed with the tour. The views were amazing but for the money spent it should have been better put together and time managed better. First, check in is a cluster and should be better managed/marked since there are multiple buses and tours leaving from the same spot. Second, our driver was clearly flustered and after introductions, didn't talk to us again until we got to the Chaplin museum. Once there, he handed out tickets, and let us know the gates opened at 10a.m. and to grab coffee while we waited. We got there at 930 a.m. We were to meet at the bus at 1130 - so an hour and a half (Itinerary indicated an hour) which is way too long to be the Chaplin museum there isn't that much to see. We were then taken to "tour the vineyard" which is actually just you park by the side of the road and the guide has cheese packets, little cake and wine under a shelter. You can walk down the little hill and take pictures of the lake and mountains. He did talk more at this stop and then we were off again. He took us to Vevey where we spent WAY WAY WAY to much time. We got there about 1215 or so. He gave us boat tickets, told us to take the 2 p.m. boat and get off at Chillon where he would meet us. Then left. This part of the tour was a complete waste of time. This stop should have been 20-30 mins max and then on to Chillon. The "river cruise" is actually a water taxi - you make several stops before you actually get to Chillon. Once at Chillon, the guide met us, gave us tickets. There was no "guided tour." We were handed a map and told to be at the bus at 4 p.m. At 4:15p.m.we got to Montreal where the driver told us we had 30 mins to look around despite the itinerary allowing for hour. When mentioned he was like nah you don't need that much time here. We were very disappointed as there was more to do and see here then in Vevey where we were left for almost 2 hours. This tour could be great if they revamped it and worked with their guides. Ours was really not interactive and seemed disinterested. He seemed to want to just get this done and over with. The tour either needs to start with Chillon, then Montreux to allow more time here, and then end with the Chaplin museum. Remove the road side vineyard stop, either shorten or remove Vevey altogether. While the views are amazing, you can plan this better on your own or with a different tour company. We went Sept 2023.

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it was pouring. I enjoyed the World of Charlie Chaplan more than I expected. The cruise to Chillon Castle was very nice and exploring the castle on our own was interesting.

The whole journey was fantastic, starting with our amazing driver Normunds. He made sure to give us amazing facts and made us feel very welcomed and excited for the day we had ahead. Everything was amazing. The only thing that was slightly disappointing when we did not go to the vineyards and have wine samplings like it said we would but apart from that it was great
