To begin, we'll start with a brief informative session about the ins and outs of paddle surfing, including the gear you'll be using and essential safety tips for your sea adventure.
Once we've covered the basics, we'll warm up with a series of joint and muscle exercises before diving into the sea.
This class is specifically tailored for those new to paddle surfing or those aiming to fine-tune their technique. Since our class sizes are intentionally small, you will receive the personalized attention needed.
