This was nice to have as I toured the museum. Communication with company prior to tour was great. Easy to ask for assistance in downloading audio and getting the app to work. You need to do this a day prior. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. Was hard to follow the audio exhibit numbering system at first as not every exhibit is including in the audio. There is a map however in the download app and it was true to form once I figured out how to follow it. Would recommend for price as I enjoyed having it rather than just walking thru museum without it.

I liked the freedom to turn on and off the device and go at me own speed. It provided some context that wasn’t in the museum.
