Itinerary

Birding in and around Hermanus offers all levels of birders opportunities to thoroughly enjoy the prolific birdlife & nature we are blessed to have be surrounded by in the Overberg. The Bird tours are either 3 hours or half day.
Duration : 3 hours @ R1200 pp - Minimum 2 people
Duration : half day @ R2000 pp - minimum 2 people // single rate R2500

• Air-conditioned vehicle
• Bottled water

• Binoculars, camera equipment
• Appropriate weather related clothing/gear

• Not wheelchair accessible
• Service animals allowed
• Infants must sit on laps
• Most travelers can participate
• The availability of infant seats would depend on prior arrangements and there would related costs to hire an appropriate infant seat
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

I can collect the clients from their accommodation, if their accommodation is within a radius of 5km's of the centre of Hermanus Village, alternatively we can discuss a convenient meeting point. Bird tours generally begin early in the morning, even instances of meeting and departing Hermanus before sunset during the Spring and Summer months in order to maximise the opportunities to find, watch and photograph birds.
