We offer surf lessons for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our surf instructors are passionate about surfing and are committed to providing the best experience possible. We believe that surfing is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, relieve stress, and get exercise. Our surf school is located in Oahu, Hawaii, where the waves are known for being some of the best in the world. When you take surf lessons with us, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of the ocean while learning how to surf! Founded by a pro surfer who spent 18 years traveling the world surfing competitively.

We offer surf lessons for all levels of surfers. Whether you are a beginner or have been surfing for years, we have a surf lesson that is perfect for you. Our beginner surf lessons start with the basics of surf safety and then move on to technique and wave riding. For those who have surfed before, our intermediate and advanced surf lessons focus on refining your technique and improving your wave selection. No matter what level you are, our expert surf instructors will provide you with the individualized attention you need to improve your surfing skills.     Highly recommend this surfing lesson and purchase photos package. My son considers this is one of the things he had a lot of fun with in Oahu.

    My son had a great experience with this school on his first surf lesson. The instructor was excellent, got him up standing many times, and kept him safe. The photo package is a bit expensive but I now regret not taking it given how amazing the experience was. Highly recommended school.

    My flight was cancelled on Thursday afternoon and as soon as I heard I was staying in Hawaii another 3 nights, I booked in surfing lessons for the next day. Hans Hederman surf were super quick to respond and after a phone call in the evening, I got myself booked in! As I have been surfing for over a year I didn’t want to surf soft top board and keen to hire hard top long board. I spoke to a few surfing companies and Hans Hederman surf was the best one I spoke to who provided surfboard rental options. The whole team in HHS are amazing. Such lovely people, so quick to respond on WhatsApp. I did one private lesson with Niko and loved it so much I booked in for two more lessons. Niko was very professional, caring, made me feel super comfortable as I was nervous about my fitness after surgery last year, gave me some really awesome tips, he is really funny and fun! Special thanks to the admin person who I booked with who contacted me after hours, to Ellie who made me feel so welcome and for taking care of me, to Ed who took the best drone photos and videos, standard photos and go pro shots. Ed was so much fun as we took go pro photos while we surfed together. Such awesome videos! Make sure you get the photo package. It’s sooooo worth it!!! You’ll be watching them post surfs and when you return home as you reminisce surfing in Hawaii. They can also use the drone where they surf because they’re located near the park, it’s a great super bonus booking with these guys! I was also surfing to support Chris O’Brien Lifehouse to find cure for cancer. The team were really supportive and took great footage to share in my socials. I honestly cant wait to surf with this team again and highly recommend them! I’m def keen to come back asap to surf beautiful Waikiki with these guys

    Niko is such a great guy. My lesson with him felt like hanging out with a friend. His instructions were clear and concise. Very experienced and friendly instructor. Totally recommended! 2h private lesson. A.
