This is a day trip tour departing in the morning from Sydney (pick up from Sydney metropolitan area) to the Hunter Valley wine country returning to Sydney early evening.

The finer details including your choice of wineries (preferred grape varieties) and a lunch restaurant will be chosen to fit your tastes.

The Hunter Valley is Australia's oldest wine making region that is located just over 2 hours drive from Sydney. With over 150 wineries and a range of grape types including Chardonnay, Semillion, Verdelho, Shiraz and Merlot, there is an abundance of wine loving varieties to sample and enjoy. We'll choose up to 3 vineyards to visit with a cheese or chocolate tasting option should the third vineyard become a little too much.

Wollombi is a small historical town almost lost in time. together we'll discover its quaint modern day reality while learning about its' interesting past. It's the perfect stop on the way to the vineyards & a great place to enjoy a coffee and snack.

Stop At: Wollombi, Wollombi, Cessnock, Greater Newcastle, New South Wales

Wollombi is a small historical town almost lost in time. Together we'll discover its quaint modern day reality while learning about its' interesting history. Wollombi is the perfect stop on the way to the vineyards. It's a great place to enjoy a coffee and snack. We'll learn about and explore the towns beautifully preserved old buildings and even visit the Endeavour Museum if that interests you.

Stop At: Broke, Broke, New South Wales

Your first wine tasting of the day. There are many vineyards in Broke to choose from. We'll match the vineyard to your tastes.

Stop At: Pokolbin, Pokolbin, Cessnock, Greater Newcastle, New South Wales

Lunch (not included) will be at your restaurant of choice either in Broke to Pokolbin. After lunch enjoy other wine tasting at a vineyard to suite your tastes. Your third vineyard or Cheese and Chocolate factory options complete your Hunter Valley Tour before heading back to Sydney.

Todd was absolutely amazing!! He got in touch right away to discuss my special requests for sparkling Shiraz, a distillery and vegan food options for lunch. He curated a phenomenal day with all of the above! Started at Peterson House for sparkling shiraz, (I joined the club) then off to Hanging Tree before lunch at Baume (delicious and vegan options) Afterward we went to Tower Distillery for some amazing whiskey and finished off with an amazing view at Audrey Wilkenson. He gave us amazing door to door service and was incredibly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the region. His car was comfortable and clean and the experience was incredibly memorable. My friend was visiting me from the US, and it was a perfect way to end her trip. Would highly recommend! Thank you Todd!
