The tickets are $33 per person, on their site the pictures they've posted made it seem as though the place truly is a GRAND aquarium. It is not. The animals, both marine and other, are held in inhumane conditions in tanks/enclosures that do not even come close to their requirements. The aquarium section itself is small and has little to no variety of fish, and the water in the enclosures are so dirty it sometimes is hard to see whats in there. Staff is rude too.

So I was informed that the tanks here were very good this was the reason I went. The tanks are very sad. Some of which are not the required sizing for the inhabitants. I don't think the money this place benefits the animals what so ever. Only someone with a large wallet. What the final straw in this experience was (I left after 10 minutes) ... The depressing and upsetting living conditions of the poor animals! The flamingo had no water, nor did the geese. There was a python in a bucket that had water. A bucket. The bat's had a cage which was genuinely like the Harry Potter cupboard. The tortoise were all on top of each other. The ostrich was Pacing!! For the love of animals this place either needs money pumped in to it or closed and the animals rehomed to a SUITABLE establishment. I'm sorry but this was shocking. They should have their trip advisor awards removed in all honesty.

Absolute rip off for what it is. Done in 30-45 minutes including a sit down for a drink, and was over £30 per adult. Such a waste of money would recommend going anywhere else.

Overpriced, run down. They try to overcharge you as tourists at the gate. We saw the whole thing within 45minutes.

Good for any type of groups. Good services, nice animals collections. Good decorations and it was really organized tour. Do not need guide, directions is clear
