The excitement of a Wilpattu safari lies in the unpredictability and thrill of the wildlife sightings. You never know what you might encounter during your safari, whether it's a majestic leopard stealthily walking through the jungle, or a group of playful elephants taking a bath in a nearby waterhole.
What to expect
Hotels pick up and drop off from / to hotels in Colombo & Negombo city limits in an air-conditioned vehicle with an English speaking driver.
Your safari could be more focused on leopards, sloth bears, birds etc. depending on your interests. You will be taken through most of the Wilpattu National Park covering the wetlands, grasslands, forest patches, etc.
We will make longer stops at certain watering holes for unique photography opportunities.
There will be well planned breakfast , lunch & Tea breaks where you can get down, stretch your legs and enjoy your meal or a cup of tea / coffee. Special pre-requested dietary requirements could be arranged.
