    Best way to get an overview of the city. It was great to be able to jump on at the stop closest to our hotel. Driver was friendly and made sure we understood how much time we had at a designated break.

    The most memorable part of my experience was when the bus tour guide was interrupted in the middle of a very interesting story by a message. The message was telling us that we should have our tickets and that a ticket control is possible at any point during the ride. This kind of passive - aggressive nonsense might fly on a regular bus but as a tourist i felt offended at the mere suggestion that i would joyride ON A TOURIST BUS. In general it all felt half-assed, the guide would get cut-off mid-sentence all the time and it was worth neither my money, nor my time. Pls fix and start actually caring about your customers and their “experience”, or else they might never trust La Vacanza Travel again.

    Overall it was really wondeful experience. Very nice and friendly staff. I would recommend if you want to get a quick flavour of the city

    On the positive side: - Good, intelligible audio even on the upper floor, professional speaker. - Wel iked the tourism tipps included in the audio. On the not so positive side: - sync problems - sometimes the audio was cut off mid-sentence to skip to the next one. - unfriendly driver more concerned with procedure than with helping an elderly passenger. In addition, at the Turmberg stop, he smoked a cigar(!) just outside of the bus, for everyone in the bus to enjoy.

    The directions to the ticket center were difficult to find on the trip advisor link for the location of the bus station. I found the location from the city website. Once I found them I walked to the location which was the Karlsruhe visitor center. It was closed, but the nice lady opened the door to inform me that the main station was elsewhere. This was so frustrating. Please add a link or the physical address to the trip advisor page. I finally saw a bus and jumped on (this is a great feature and much appreciated). Once on the bus the information timing may have been a little off as we were past areas that the recording discussed on some features and on others it was early, which was good. Perhaps a little more history of the area would be great between the long distances would be wonderful. Overall the bus driver was very nice and he was an excellent driver in the narrow streets... many thanks for his skill with the bus. I have been on Hop on Hop off busses in Paris, Rome, and Ireland. Please consider installing free Wifi on your busses. It was hard to make necessary connections with others in our party when access is so limited. This was the largest complaint and issue for our travel group in all 4 countries. This feature would ensure that your company would be the only one I would choose to use or recommend to my travel team.
