From Nagarkot, which is at 2100 meters high, you can see the beautiful Himalayan mountains, including the top of the world, Mt. Everest, as well as other big peaks like Annapurna, Manaslu, and Langtang. In this stunning natural setting, you'll experience the peaceful life of rural Nepal, seeing how people live in the countryside and following their old customs and traditions. Walk around the village and watch local women making homemade wine, while farmers take their goats to graze in green fields and work on their crops. If you explore the nearby forests, you'll hear birds singing, see butterflies fluttering, and catch glimpses of wildlife. It is an Easy trek , mostly downhill. I ran 9.5 km , the food was strictly ok , you have to pay for the drinks and coffee. The guide was good . The trek end at the Changu Narayan Temple. Do wear trekking shoes and carry your own water and some snacks

Great escape from the bustle of the city. Good communication and pickup. Shekar was informative, friendly and gave a wonderfull perspective of the history of Nepal. Great views from Nagarcot tower, weather permitting, followed by 10km gentle walk with some uphill,we are both around 60 years old. Finishing with lunch at the temple. Highly recommended
