Driver was waiting for us in arrivals; very polite. Very comfortable ride - the back seats even recline! Definitely recommend. Initially I wasn’t too sure when looking at google adverts which company to pick - but this one was superb . Pick up from hotel was as smooth as arrival

This was a trip booked with Kos Activities & Aegeas Travel DMC who were excellent & our driver for pick up and drop off was professional and courteous. The water park was great fun & although it was very quiet due to it being near the end of the holiday season we enjoyed not having to queue. The slides were great and there are clear signs about the ‘rating’ of each one so you can assess whether it’s suitable for you. We particularly liked the lazy river. The wave pool was extreme and so we would advise caution before going in (perhaps watch it first?) That said after the first go we were more prepared and able to enjoy it twice after the first go. Lockers are available to use for €5 with €3 returned when we handed the key back. There are plenty of food options and all very reasonably priced. We had a couple of gyros with soft drinks which cost €13.60 & these were excellent value given the size of the portions & quality. We would recommend a visit to the water park and definitely recommend booking through this company who kept us posted with updates via WhatsApp messages.

Abysmal from start to finish - booked on the Sunday for the following Tuesday. The operator contacted us less than 24 hours before we were supposed to go to say they couldn't do that day, so we rearranged our plans to go on the Wednesday (even though this meant that a lot of the attractions in Kos were closed on the Tuesday)... was told to wait outside a hotel (not ours, even though ours was on the list and we later found out on the route, they wouldn't collect us from our hotel). We messaged to check whether we should stand outside the hotel and was told to wait in a completely different place. The minibus turned up and the driver said it wasn't for us and drove off. We immediately contacted the tour operator who told us it was meant to be for us and the driver had the wrong list (presumably because they hadn't moved our booking from the Tuesday to the correct day). Absolutely terrible, poor communication, poor customer service from start to finish... would avoid at all costs - shoddyest operator we've used in over 15 years of travel to Greece

IT was a gratis experienc and also a very nice trip the offer was so great. Would do it again. would book it again was a great day. Transfer great as well as the rest.
