Overview

Paddle out on a guided tour over majestic coral heads in search of Maui's vast array of sea life. The bottom of the clear kayak magnifies the reef and all of the creatures below you. Pontoon attachments make the kayaks almost impossible to tip and impossible to sink. All tours are small and intimate with only 10 guests per guide. Fun for the whole family. Beginners welcome.

From December to April you can expect to see the Humpback Whales that migrate here for breeding.

As a premium tour company you can expect the best quality equipment. Our kayaks were recently manufactured. Life vests are sized to the guest. Rash guards, sunscreen and dry bags are provided at no extra cost. Our guides are CPR trained, passionate about conservation and have a deep understanding of the flora and fauna you will encounter while on your tour.

We are the only kayaking for charity company on Maui. Every seat booked helps support UHMC!

Paddle out into the Alalakeiki Channel with our experienced and knowledgeable guides. As you glide across our beautiful reefs the clear kayak acts as one big snorkel mask that magnifies the reef below. With a vast array of wildlife you never know what you will see like octopus, eels, sea turtles, manta rays, seals and schools of fish like the humuhumunukunukuapua'a just to name a few. Our professional photographer and drone operator on shore not only bring peace of mind by being an eye in the sky but are there to capture once in a lifetime moments as you, your friends and family experience the beauty Maui has to offer up close and personal. Photo/video package with drone and go pro footage available for an extra fee. We provide long sleeve rashguard, reef safe sunscreen, refillable water bottle with ice cold R/O water, dry bag, bananas/granola while on the water and fresh cut local pineapple on your return to the shore.

Gabriel Ohana are awesome and you can tell how much pride they have for the island and giving the best history lesson of kayaking and stories about the marine life. This is just not a kayaking adventure but a true Maui adventure. Mahalo for the best birthday ever.

We enjoyed our kayak tour. It was beautiful! Jason and Gabriel were friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed Jason’s narrative as we kayaked. We had hoped to see a lot of sea life, but the clear kayak was difficult to see through. We did see some amazing reefs and one sea turtle. Sightings are always hit or miss with tours like this. We especially enjoyed the pineapple at the end and the Li Hing powder to sprinkle on it! We ended up buying some before we left the island. My husband did the snorkeling at the end, he enjoyed that the most. He was able to see a lot of beautiful sea life.

Jason talked non stop but his stories were fun, informative and fun to listen to. We got to see turtles and some coral but the water that day was murky so we didn’t get to see as much as we would have liked. They provided everything that was needed and more, we would do it again. Sending love and light to Jason and Gabriel they are great! Aloha!

we were encouraged to take our time during the kayak tour and snorkeling session - I did not feel like i was on the clock to end our session on time. as promised, we had upclose interactions with several turtles (within an arms length) and spotted multiple whales from afar. Lots of voral and fish to see at this site as well. our tour included lots of interseting history and some dad jokes. the clear bottom kayak experience was cool (Tip: easier to see through clear bottom if the surface is wet/covered with water.)
