Got to see several locations along northeast Maui with details provided by the guide in many small spots. Going in June, the weather was amazing. Stopped several times for photos, got banana bread, swam in a waterfall, and had lunch in the Gardens. Was great for sightseeing, with an early start from pickup until the early/mid afternoon we returned. So still got to spend the evening for dinner and going to the beach. Would be good for smaller groups, couples and families with school-age children or older.

This tour truly exceeded my expectations! It's an incredible adventure that takes you to some of the most breathtaking spots on the island. Our first stop was at Keanae (yes I had to look up the spelling!) which the history of it was absolutely fascinating. Our guide, Steven, impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the local plants and the islands’ history. Plus, having him take the wheel was a huge relief since the roads were winding and filled with one-way bridges so we could just enjoy the views. We also visited the Garden of Eden, where we enjoyed a private tour and entrance. It was a game-changer because the regular entrance had a long line of at least a dozen cars! We had a delicious picnic lunch at one of the lookouts, savoring both the food and the breathtaking views. Steven also made stops along the way to take pics of waterfalls and admire the views. It was the perfect balance, allowing us to explore the Road to Hana without it being one of those 12 hour tours that leave you too exhausted to do anything after! The tour provided snacks, water, and everything we needed for a comfortable experience. Believe me, this tour is an absolute must-do visiting Maui.
