Our private Road to Hana tour with Robbie was an absolute gem! Robbie became my personal exploring buddy for the day while my teenagers opted to hang out in the car. Despite not being able to hike to as many places as Robbie had likely planned due to my kids' refusal to wear appropriate hiking gear, Robbie made sure our adventure was still unforgettable. We stumbled upon a lava tube during our journey, which turned out to be an adventure in itself—a unique experience I otherwise wouldn't have had with a larger tour group or had I driven the road to Hana myself, which I have done and it’s much more enjoyable not being the driver. This intimate tour with Robbie allowed for flexibility and spontaneity, creating a very personal and fun experience. Robbie's expertise led us to hike into a bamboo forest and explore into areas we wouldn't have on our own. For anyone seeking an exciting and flexible exploration of Maui, Robbie's tour is the way to go!... and he's just an all around cool dude, it doesn't feel like you are on a tour at all, rather, hanging out and exploring with a friend! Be prepared to hike some rugged terrain and delve into places you normally wouldn't explore—it's an adventure of a lifetime! And for heck sakes, go jump off some waterfalls!
He showed us great local places and got us in where locals go and avoided tourist traps. You will not have a better experience trying to do the road to Hana on your own!!! He’s a great dude too!
Robbie knew every cliff to jump, spot to swim or local meal to grab. All while taking pictures professionally so you don’t have to capture the moment. Highly recommend this trip!

We all know Hawai’i is absolutely breathtaking but having a tour guide like Robbie made the experience THAT much better! My husband and I were able to customize our trip; we wanted to see touristy spots as well as local’s favorites. Robbie took us to some of his favorite spots, which were private and made for perfect photo ops. Having professional photography as part of the tour package was really special.
