This is the newest attraction tour in Maui, Hawaii. Our water bikes are rare around the world and we are the only water bike tours here on Maui.

Imagine being able to ride a bicycle over the ocean without having to focus on balance at all! Well, this is a chance to experience that! You just sit, pedal and off you go! Want to go in reverse, just pedal backwards!

You can ride and capture amazing videos and photographs at the same time. Some people also do live feeds to their social media accounts while riding.

Enjoy a ride of a lifetime.

What Can You Expect?

This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Kihei, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii

As a participant in this water bike tour, we will leave from Makena Bay and travel south along the shoreline to see some of the reef, fish and any marine life that shows up for the day. We may spend approximately 10 minutes per stop allowing everyone a chance to relax and capture photographs. Tour guides teach guests Hawaiian names and words of the area making this water bike adventure an opportunity to learn Hawaiian history.

The next stop will be just off the shore of one of the only black sand beaches along the south shore. The beach will be clearly visible from our water bikes. Though we do not dock on the beach, it is a great beach to see especially when this beach is not visible from the roadway making it a more secretly kept beach in the area.

On this water bike tour, you can push yourself a little more to get some exercise or you can just cruise along. Our tour guides will be there to provide instruction and help make this experience one to keep in your heart forever.

My husband and 8-year-old son and I had a fabulous time on this tour. The water bikes were extremely stable and intuitive, and offered a unique way to see the South Maui coast. We could all pedal as slowly or as quickly as we wished, and my son had fun “sprinting ahead” and then drifting around for a rest. Even when small waves hit, the bikes remain perfectly stable and comfortable - I was surprised at how easy and fun they were to ride. As most of the other reviews mention, the real highlight was the crew and guide. They were all very helpful and enthusiastic, plus knowledgeable about the island and its history and culture. It is a fabulous family run business clearly dedicated to passing on a love and deep respect for the island and its people. We would definitely do this activity again, and it was one of the best aspects of a great trip!

Truly enjoyable! Fun ,our Hosts were terrific ! If anyone is even remotely concerned about stability on Water Bikes… don’t be ad they’re “rock solid”. Ease in operating & maneuvering… can’t go wrong! Give it a Shot!

My husband and I had a really great time on the Water Bike Tour! We had our guide, Aukai, to ourselves and as we pedaled away from the shore, he located a couple of manta rays and made sure we had a good look at them. He then took us out to get a close look at a humpback whale momma and her calf. It was amazing to watch these splendid animals surface and breach! The water bike is really easy to operate and we both felt completely safe and comfortable on the water. Aukai was really friendly and engaging. We would both do this tour again!

We were unable to do this excursion due to technical difficulties however the staff was understanding and accommodating. Very professional!

This was a really fun adventure. I found it to be relaxing and peaceful at times. The bike was easy to maneuver. The guys who helped us get into the water and one of them was our guide were great. I’d definitely do this again.
