Explore the Everglades on an airboat adventure. This tour includes transportation, park entrance, airboat ride, the airboat tour, and free time to walk the park and see all the alligator exhibits. Have the chance to see alligators up close in their natural habitat, as well as the many exhibits scattered throughout the park. This half day tour departs twice daily at 9:30 and 1:30.

nice experience but too fast and touristy it seems like an assembly line. the crocodile found without fail a few miles from the start seems almost sedentary and very accustomed to humans. I am convinced that it is the most photographed wild crocodile in the world!!! absolutely not wild.

Our bus was delayed by over a hour. The front desk did not make us aware we needed to give them a 10$ gratuity for each person in advance when we checked in, and after over an hour of waiting in line for the bus, they wouldn’t let us on because we didn’t pay the front desk. Unfortunately they were Cash-only so we we missed the bus to the Everglades because we didn’t know we needed cash and had to find an atm. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, and they do not care about you or your experience in Florida. They only want your money and that is all. We were also not the only ones there who had the same experience. While there, we had three separate groups (not including us) who had a bad experience and were yelled at by the staff and treated horribly by the people who run these tours. Be aware, you will have to pay upwards of 50$ for parking as well, since it is a congested area for tourists. All in all, we lost the money we spent for tickets as well as the money we paid for parking and gratuities, plus our entire day of plans were ruined. When traveling with your family, every minute counts and it is very expensive to waste that valuable time. My advice is to drive to the Everglades yourself and do a tour directly with someone there (I’ve had two very good experiences this way) or, if you are determined to go with a company like this, with a bus, pick a different one who will treat you like a person and value your time. P.S. I am a Florida resident, and invited my entire (very busy) family to come for a few days and they were very excited to see the Everglades on their last day here and were not able to.

It was a cool ride, but we really didn’t see any gators which was a bummer, but overall i’m glad I experienced it was different and the tour guide was informative.

Air conditioned bus picked us up promptly at 9am, the Everglades Airboat ride was fun and we saw two alligators in the wild! The wildlife show after was informative and we got to see some rescued alligators and other reptiles. There were food trucks to get lunch but I can't speak to the quality because we brought our own food. We were back to South Beach before 1:30pm.

We didn't see anything in the water but that wasn't the problem it seem like my tour guy wanted to get it over with
