No experience is necessary to operate a jet ski: it's very easy, and our professional staff will provide instructions on all you need to know before riding.

What Can You Expect?

This is a typical itinerary for this product

Pass By: Miami Beach, Miami Beach, Florida

During the excursions, you will be picked up at our meeting point by our licensed captain (by boat) from there we take you to our Jetskis which is approximately a 15 minute boat ride to and from, where you will see million dollar mansions including celebrity homes, and many famous islands such as star island. Your private jetski excursion will start once you are guided on how to operate a jetski and put all necessary safety gear on. Once your excursion is done we will take you back to the meeting point by boat. There is a max number of two people per jetski.

It was a good experience the guys who run it seemed nice enough, I can’t compare to any other as this was my first time on a jet ski But overall it was a good experience, communication was very good

So they have hidden fees that aren’t mentioned , as well if you have to change your reservation they won’t give your money back Z so be sure before booking that everyone you invite will join because LUIS will take your money . I contacted La Vacanza Travel for the refund they mentioned that I would have to go through the actual jet ski people . The jet ski peopel say go through La Vacanza Travel all in all they suck . And don’t bring extra baggage they went through my belongings while on excursion . But great experience but also bad company choose another jetski company

My niece and I were looking for something to do in the afternoon. We found this on La Vacanza Travel. So, we booked. Unfortunately, because we had booked on the same day and later in the day, we didn’t know that all the tours that day had been cancelled. We arrived at the location but no one was there to meet us. I called La Vacanza Travel, who gave me the number of the operator. The operator immediately tried to make everything right. We are so glad he did! We had the best time. It was a perfect day. The water was perfect, clear all the way to the bottom. We even saw dolphins! Thank you for making our day!

Please read fully. I do not want to take away from the experience itself...jetskiing was fun, great views. However, communication with these company is the WORST. First, Florida requires you to take and pass a mandatory boating test (you pay $9.99) prior to jetskiing. NOT everyone knows this...they should state this on the site and or communicate this AT LEAST the day prior to activity. This was communicated to me THE MORNING of activity when I was out doing other things. When I asked why this was not communicated EARLY enough, the guy responded..."It's mandatory there is nothing i can do about it." 2. The listed address is WRONG. I got to the listed address 40 minutes early, when I called to check exact location since I couldn't find them, (this is after parking my car and paying $15) the person I spoke to was VERY rude and stated, "you can call La Vacanza Travel for your money back, I won't sit here and argue with you...") New location was 20mins away and uber ride cost $20 which Andrea was kind enough and paid for it but refused to pay $15 lyft ride back to my car. I wish they would improve on communication with customers. There are several jetskiing companies, I definitely will NOT be returning and would recommend that if you choose them for your experience, please call them YOURSELF and confirm everything the day PRIOR to activity to avoid surprises and ADDED cost!
