Itinerary
The participant will lie down in a comfortable, quiet place. Music will be played and contains different types of genres. The facilitator will touch on energetic points on the body so that energy is released from the participant's body.

- Kinesthetic: Body movements, stretches, yoga poses, shaking, mudras
- Emotional release: Happiness, anger, fear sadness, surprise
- Visual: Seeing lights, images, visions, astral journeys

- Nothing: Some people may not feel anything during the session but they still report life-changing experiences in their everyday life.
