Herve, texted us and arrived promptly to take us to the cruise port He was excellent weaving in and out of traffic. It was extremely busy Sunday morning. We will always use La Vacanza Travel over a taxi. I recommend La Vacanza Travel to all my travel customers. We are using it in Europe too. Never use again. 40 .minutes late , contacted them multiple times, was told on their way, 5-10 minutes...should have been honest and told me it was going to be so late I would have made other arrangements.

We booked a hotel to port transfer. He turned up late but called to advise. The issue I have is that you can’t do the same trip in reverse ( eg port to hotel ) and trying to get any actual help through their chat is useless.
